In 2015, SC-Project received the Rosa Camuna prize, which is one of the most prestigious awards in Italy, given by Roberto Maroni, the Lombard Region President. The award was to honour SC-Project, the head of the Advanced S.R.L Group, for establishing a company of excellence. Our factory was also recognised as a state-of-the-art facility, while our products were deemed ground-breaking and genuinely world-class.

SC-Project supplies “Made to Order” handcrafted exhaust systems. Under this company policy, we can maximise our work, results, and productivity in our 8,000-square-metre facility. The SC-Project Factory facility is also where the magic begins, meaning it is where we perform our crucial research, plans, and development projects.

With made to order systems, this method eliminates the need for storage, which adds to the costs of our operations. Unlike other companies out there, we do not have to pass such expenses to our customers. It is why our prices are highly competitive. You certainly get MORE than what you pay for!

Another benefit of the made to order approach is that it ensures you, the rider, unparalleled excellence customised especially for you. We guarantee the fulfilment of your order with the exact specifications as you have required. Quality control is easier to achieve, as well.

At SC-Project Oceania, we usually have some of the most in-demand options in stock, particularly for popular bikes. However, if you have enquired and we do not have your preferred option readily available, you can expect to have the accessory between three to seven weeks. The timeframe given to you will depend on the requested type of system. Meanwhile, if you require a full system, it can take longer, which is usually anywhere between five to nine weeks.

Orders from New Zealand and Australia

If you are ordering from Australia or New Zealand, you should correspond directly with the Official Factory Partner, SC-Project Oceania. This firm operates exclusively on SC-Project’s behalf. It is also responsible for managing the distribution of products to private customers, as well as dealerships, shops, and distributors.

After placing an order, you will receive a message via email or through phone within 48 hours. It is to confirm the product you have requested. If you give us a Live or Hotmail email, please make sure that you check your Spam or Junk folder in case you cannot see our message in your Inbox.

We cover both postage and handling if you are in Australia. Tracking information is provided when your item is ready for delivery. You will then receive your SC-Project exhaust via Australian “Registered” Post, with your signature required upon receipt.

For our New Zealand customers, we trust “Express Post International.” You are required to pay the flat rate of $ 30.00 (AUD). You will receive tracking details from us. We care about our customers, which is why we do our best to make sure you will not pay additional costs, including taxes and GST, once you receive the package. Tracking details are also provided.

Our return policy is absolutely no hassle to our customers at all. We allow returns if you are not unfortunately dissatisfied with the SC-Project item you have purchased or if it did not meet your expectations. However, we only accept returns within 30 days upon the shipping date. We will provide you with a refund or replacement.

If the item does not have any factory defect or damage, returns have a 20% restocking fee. In some instances, we may not accept your return request, mainly if the orders or items are not in demand.
To be specific, the items that you would like to return or get a refund for should be returned in their original, sellable condition. It means that you include the original packaging, installation guide, and all stickers intact.

SC-Project Oceania reserves the right to determine if you qualify for the return or replacement. As long as the item is in its new or sellable condition, is not fitted to a bike, and never used, you could easily file for a refund. Please make sure that you are aware of our guidelines before returning the merchandise.

SC-Project fully recognises our responsibility for the items we produce. However, once they leave our warehouse, we turn that responsibility over to the shipping company. We no longer control the condition of the item and should therefore never be held accountable in case loss or damage takes place.

If you find that there is any damage upon receiving your order, please make sure that you take photos as evidence right away. Contact the carrier to know the steps you have to take next. These damage claims are out of our hands, but we do offer assistance with your claims when necessary.

SC-Project Oceania can ship to all locations within the Oceania region, including Australia and New Zealand. Unfortunately, they are the only locations we provide service for.

If you are outside the region, you may reach out to SC-Project Factory in Italy. Our friendly staff will help you find the corresponding exhaust distributor in your country.

We know that online transactions can be daunting. All purchases require you to give your personal details, including your name, address, email, and phone number. You will also have to provide your credit card information.

Here at SC-Project, we take your security and privacy seriously. It is why we have credit card security features implemented when you shop through our website. When you place an order, we can confidently guarantee that all pieces of information you give will remain confidential at all times. No outside party can access and will be given access. One method that we use is encryption. SC-Project utilises 128-bit Security Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which provides foolproof security for transferring data, such as customer details.

SC-Project keeps your information private at all times. We do not use, share, or consume your personal information in any way apart from what is declared on the website following our Data Protection Registration Notification. Our business complies with the Australian Personal Data Protection Act (or the 1988 Privacy Act), which promotes and protects people’s privacy.


SC-Project provide highly secure payments options which are processed by PayPal or Stripe. Both of these payment processors offer very strong consumer protection, which is the reason we prefer to use them

A PayPal account is not required and a Visa, MasterCard and American Express card can be used. EFT transfers are also available, and can be arranged with prior notice for your convenience.

SC-Project Oceania also offer a flexible payment option when an item is not in stock. Your exhaust can be placed on backorder with a $200 deposit and the remaining balance is to be paid when the product arrives at SC-Project Oceania (located in Perth) from the factory (located in Milan, Italy). Once the balance has been invoiced and received, your exhaust will be immediately transferred for internal registered delivery and tracking details will be provided.
