I received a product but it is not the one ordered

Email our customer service team at within 5 working days of receiving the product. Please include your name, phone number, email address and order details. The products will be replaced in approximately 10 working days, subject to availability.

I received a package (or more packages) dented

If you have already accepted the delivery, please contact us immediately at Ensure that you include as much information as possible, including images that show the damage. If you did not accept the delivery, please email us stating why. We will follow up with the courier company.

I received a package (or several packages) damaged / destroyed / open / missing the product

Email immediately. Include as many details of your order as possible, the name of the courier who delivered the goods, and if possible the name of the driver.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong product. Can I change the order?
