HONDA X-ADV 750 (2025)Rally Raid titanium exhaust

Clearly inspired by dusty deserts, the Rally Raid muffler is the result of SC-Project experience during the most extreme off-road competitions.

The materials used, the production process, the global manufacturing accuracy and even the design and the volume of this silencer, has been calculated and tested to be a real bench mark for the multi-purpose bikes like Honda X-ADV 750, in full compliance with Euro 5+ regulations.

The Rally Raid silencer is manufactured with high quality titanium with a very typical and aggressive endcap which recalls the intense off-road use. All the technical solutions applied on this product has been tested all over the world during very long distance trips in the most several conditions, both on road and especially off road use. All the components are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment) and the internal bushings are CNC machined from solid block: excellent couplings, top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance.

For the Honda X-ADV 750, the Rally Raid muffler comes in short, compact and very aggressive version (250mm length) and allows to a huge reduction of weight (-40% if compared to the OEM exhaust) and to get an outstanding maximum gain of 1,1 hp and 1,3 Nm of torque at 6400 rpm, together with a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range. Everything has been developed to offer a superbe sound experience, in full compliance with Euro 5+ regulations.

The mounting of Rally Raid silencer is 100% plug and play: the kit includes a specific heat protection made in carbon fiber, to perfectly match the racing style of this exhaust.

ECU remapping is not necessary.
The silencer is suitable with the OEM central stand.
