Delivery Time

SC-Project Oceania along with SC-Project HQ (Mi) Italy, have made a conscious effort to build and maintain Australia’s LARGEST stockpile of exhaust options made available locally for our highly valued Australia and New Zealand customers.

Our commitment to increasing stock retention came during the 2020 pandemic, when international air freight had been severely impacted and shipping delays became the new norm across all industries. Globally. An issue we were determined to overcome for you, the customer.

SC-Project Oceania are the official and exclusive branch of SC-Project HQ (Italy), and are the largest exclusive home of SC-Project outside of the HQ Factory. The SC-Project Oceania premises is located in Perth, Western Australia and consists of the head Oceania office, an elegant and sophisticated showroom and a large warehouse now stocking over a quarter of a million dollars worth of exhaust options for you! SC-Project is the Number #1 brand in demand and we are here in Australia bringing the very best in motorcycle exhaust technology to you.

SC-Project use the services of Australia Registered Post and exhausts that are in stock are despatched within 24 hours of an order placement. A signature is required upon delivery can vary usually vary between 2-10 days depending on the state. Complete tracking details are provided by SC-Project and Australia Post so you remain very well informed.

Should you not be available at the delivery address to receive the item, no problem! For your convenience, the exhaust will be taken to your closest post office for you to collect with photo ID. Safe, convenient and insured delivery at no extra cost! Our prices represent the complete delivered cost in Australia to YOU!

SC-Project’s entire inventory is so incredibly extensive that it is not always possible to have stock of each and every item on the shelve at all times. If we don’t have an item in stock, please know that it is always available by backorder and it can be secured with a $200.00 deposit. This provides peace of mind and leaves the balance in your account until the item has arrived to our Australian warehouse. The balance is at this time requested. The complete turnaround time for exhaust options not in stock can vary between 3-8 weeks from time of order, to the complete insured and safe delivery to you.

SC-Project is regarded as the leading homologation exhaust specialist for the production of Road Legal exhaust development, endorsed by the Italian Ministry of Transportation for Euro3 / Euro4 / Euro5 exhaust development, meeting with official compliance and certified EU approval. This translates to compliance of the much less restrictive compliance regulations in Australia of the ADR 83 / 00 noise regulations. Racing exhaust options are also available for track use only.

SC-Project HQ prefer to utilise the state-of-the-art Factory for cutting edge motorcycle exhaust development and production and is best not utilised as storage facility that would inevitably come at an additional cost. Made to order if not in stock in Australia, offers many benefits and ensures quality control and exceptional excellence that is closely monitored during the production process that is made especially for you.

Orders from New Zealand and Australia

If you are ordering from Australia or New Zealand, you should correspond directly with the Official Factory Partner, SC-Project Oceania. This firm operates exclusively on SC-Project’s behalf. It is also responsible for managing the distribution of products to private customers, as well as dealerships, shops, and distributors.

After placing an order, you will receive a message via email or through phone within 48 hours. It is to confirm the product you have requested. If you give us a Live or Hotmail email, please make sure that you check your Spam or Junk folder in case you cannot see our message in your Inbox.

We cover both postage and handling if you are in Australia. Tracking information is provided when your item is ready for delivery. You will then receive your SC-Project exhaust via Australian “Registered” Post, with your signature required upon receipt.

For our New Zealand customers, we trust “Express Post International.” The cost of delivery is a flat rate of $55.00 (AUD). Tracking details are provided.

Refund Policy

Our return policy is easy and hassle free. Returns are available and we do accept returns within 30 days from the shipping dispatch date sent from SC-Project Oceania Head Office (Perth) WA.

SC-Project Exhausts come with a 24 month Manufacturers warranty for production defects. If the item does not have any factory defects or damage, returns are accepted less a 20% restocking fee which contributes in part to administration costs incurred with the processing and management of the order. In some instances, we may not accept your return request, if we are already overstocked with the particular product, or if the order item is no longer considered a popular and in demand item.
For all items considered for a refund, it has to be returned in new sellable condition and returned in the original packaging, with the installation guide and all stickers intact. All fixings must be returned in new unused condition also. Please be mindful that an exhaust is deemed second-hand the moment exhaust gases pass thru the system. SC-Project Oceania Official does not engage in the second hand market.

SC-Project Oceania reserves the right to determine if a returned item qualifies for a refund following an assessment of the returned item. As long as the item is in its new sellable condition, has not been fitted to a motorcycle, and has not been used, a refund is applicable. Please make sure that you are understand our guidelines before returning the merchandise.

Special factory orders can be cancelled upon request for a full refund. If cancelled within our advised delivery turnaround timeframe, the refundable amount will be less 20% and shall contribute to the administration fees and associated costs of time incurred during the processing of a factory order.

It is strongly recommended that returns are sent by registered post with signature required on delivery. SC-Project Oceania shall not be held responsible for returned postage services and/or any undelivered returned items. It is advised that tracking details are retained by the customer for their selected returned shipping provider.

Shipping Loss/Damage

SC-Project fully recognises our responsibility for the items we produce and send to our customers. Exhausts are sent by Registered Post and any such lost item in transit WILL be replaced by SC-Project Oceania, That is the commitment we have to our customers. Regarding damage, although SC-Project Oceania is not the transport freight company, we are prepared to facilitate and open a case directly on behalf of a customer should any damage occur that is noted during the registered delivery. If you find that there is any damage upon receiving your order, please make sure that you take photos as evidence right away and contact us immediately to find out the steps to take. Any damage claims will be strongly supported by SC-Project Oceania however ultimately, we are not the shipper and claims will come under the assessment directly from the shipper therefore insurance can not be guaranteed. Due to the quality and protection of our boxes, and coupled with the care and detail of packaging, SC-Project exhausts are so very comprehensively protected that such incidents are unlikely to be experienced however we are here to support any such genuine claims. SC-Project exhausts come under assessment of SC-Project Oceania upon arrival of our shipments into the country. Therefore the risks of damage are minimalised and isolated to domestic travel only from SC-Project Oceania, to you the end customer.

International Shipping

SC-Project Oceania can ship to all locations within the Oceania region, including Australia and New Zealand. Unfortunately, they are the only locations we provide service for.

If you are outside the region, you may reach out to SC-Project Factory in Italy. Our friendly staff will help you find the corresponding exhaust distributor in your country.

Security And Privacy

We know that online transactions can be daunting. All purchases require you to give your personal details, including your name, address, email, and phone number. You will also have to provide your credit card information.

Here at SC-Project, we take your security and privacy seriously. It is why we have credit card security features implemented when you shop through our website. When you place an order, we can confidently guarantee that all pieces of information you give will remain confidential at all times. No outside party can access and will be given access. One method that we use is encryption. SC-Project utilises 128-bit Security Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which provides foolproof security for transferring data, such as customer details.

SC-Project keeps your information private at all times. We do not use, share, or consume your personal information in any way apart from what is declared on the website following our Data Protection Registration Notification. Our business complies with the Australian Personal Data Protection Act (or the 1988 Privacy Act), which promotes and protects people’s privacy.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

SC-Project provide highly secure payments options which are processed by PayPal or Stripe. Both of these payment processors offer very strong consumer protection, which is the reason we prefer to use them

A PayPal account is not required and a Visa, MasterCard and American Express card can be used. EFT transfers are also available, and can be arranged with prior notice for your convenience.

SC-Project Oceania also offer a flexible payment option when an item is not in stock. Your exhaust can be placed on backorder with a $200 deposit and the remaining balance is to be paid when the product arrives at SC-Project Oceania (located in Perth) from the factory (located in Milan, Italy). Once the balance has been invoiced and received, your exhaust will be immediately transferred for internal registered delivery and tracking details will be provided.
